Collection from the shop
Collection is free. We are at 7 Monaghan Street, Newry, BT35 6BB, open Monday to Friday 9.00 to 17.30 and Saturday 9.00 to 17.30. Most collection orders are ready the next working day. Orders placed after 5pm are treated as the following day, so allow the extra time. We will contact you when your order is ready, and please do not travel until you have heard from us.
Delivery
Delivery is a flat £9.99 anywhere in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, however many items you order. Larger or fragile pieces such as framed work may be sent on a different service, and we will tell you before despatch if that changes anything.
How long it takes
Everything we sell is made to order, so the clock starts when you approve your proof rather than when you pay. Most items are ready within three to five working days of approval. Busy periods, particularly the run up to Christmas, take longer and we will say so at the time.
Proofs
We send a proof before anything is printed. If we do not hear back from you, your order sits waiting rather than going to print, so please do check your email including the junk folder.
If something arrives damaged
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send a photograph of the damage and the packaging. We will reprint and resend at our cost. Ring 028 3026 9555 or email jimdocsol@gmail.com.
