Terms and Conditions

The terms you agree to when you order from us.

Who you are buying from

VP Media (NI) Ltd, trading as Docsol, 7 Monaghan Street, Newry, County Down, BT35 6BB.

Prices

All prices shown include VAT at the current rate. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. We try hard to keep prices right, but if something is listed at an obviously wrong price we will contact you before taking the order further rather than simply charging you.

Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. If we cannot fulfil it, for example because a supplier has let us down, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Artwork and proofs

You are responsible for the photographs and wording you send us, including having the right to use them. We send a proof before printing. Once you approve a proof, that is what gets printed, so please check spellings and dates carefully. We cannot be held responsible for a mistake that was present on an approved proof.

Copyright

By uploading an image you confirm you own it or have permission to have it reproduced. We will refuse any job where that looks doubtful, particularly professional photography and licensed characters.

Colour

Screens and print do not match exactly. We calibrate our equipment and use Fujifilm materials, but a small variation between what you see on a phone and what comes off the press is normal and is not a fault.

Payment

Payment is taken at the time you order, through Stripe. We do not store card details.

Cancellation and returns

See our returns policy. In short: cancel any time before you approve a proof; after that, personalised work cannot be returned unless it is faulty.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland.
